1. Products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page.
2. Return will be processed only if:
• it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
• the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
• the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, and all the accessories therein).
3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
4. Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.
5. Additional information is not required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category specific policy.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your Card (or original method of payment) as per our policies.
• You will receive the credit within the time period as prescribed in our timeline, depending on your card issuer's/bank policies.
• For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed as per our refund method table below. Kindly opt for relevant options while requesting for a return.
• If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account on our website or during the time of updating your return request on our website.
• Note: Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your account should match with the name of the bank account holder
